Ajax Equipment heat exchange screw helps plastic recycling

Solids handling specialist, Ajax Equipment, has supplied a leading waste plastic processor with a heat exchange screw for cooling a polymer solution from high temperatures. Based on an Ajax Equipment screw feeder, the stainless steel machine uses a water-cooled auger and casing to rapidly reduce the temperature of the plastics from over 100°C.
